We love to support the local art scene. What better way than to have parties that insipire creative work! Parties that we have hosted or sponsored in the past have centered around getting people to participate in artistic acts, even if they are not your "typical" artistic people.

Drinking & Drawing 3

This party was the original brain child of our friend Marie. It was taken by the twisted minds of the Velure Boys and turned into something awesome. The premise of the party is to try you best at art, whether you are artistically inclined… or not… while having a drink or two. The experience is a blast!

The dates for these parties are random and never predictable. If you live in the Midwest and would like to join us for the next event, consider these two qualifiers: Are you of legal age to drink? Are you able to put your artistic abilities on the line? Cake Fest 7

Cake Fest… now this one is a tale… but not one you will learn here. The short story is that Cake Fest originated a little over seven years ago. It was a cop-out for having birthday parties for all of our friends. Who wants to buy that many presents for people? We decided, let's just have a party where everyone brings a cake. This will cut down on spending and it can be a joint birthday party! Well… it got more complicated. People are competitive. Now everyone competes with their cake designs, what better way to be creative!

Now, BitB likes to sponsor this even because it causes people to think and be creative! With an annual September Cake Fest, you are sure to see some creative cakes. Every contestant puts hours into their design and their pride is sure to show!
